The Brief
Our clients had lived in a cramped, poorly configured Victorian terrace for six years. Their brief was unambiguous: open it up, bring in light, make it feel like a home they'd never want to leave.
The Challenge
The entire rear of the property required structural reconfiguration — load-bearing walls removed, a new RSJ steel frame installed, and a full-width glazed extension engineered to planning requirements. Every finish specified to the highest standard.
The Result
A 65m² open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with limestone flooring, bespoke joinery, and floor-to-ceiling glazing overlooking a landscaped garden. Completed on time and on budget. The clients described it as transformational.
